Now that I have rambled on Marriage I'm now drifting to state my case on being a parent. I will admit beforehand that I've never been exposed to living with babies/kids nor have I heard good experiences around them.
I'm 28 now and have never once imagined myself as a parent. I know that I do not fit in that category of people who would make good parents. Seeing a lot of people my age breeding and finding that I have no desire to imitate the process has got me thinking that maybe I need to take a stance. While I have never really met anybody in India who will agree with me, I was quite overwhelmed to talk to many a person in the States who sympathize with my opinion. They agree that just like marriage, kids are an option too.
